Wellbeing Workshops

At Inner Balance, I believe that true wellbeing means looking at the whole person — body, mind, and emotions — rather than just focusing on symptoms. Our modern lives can pull us in many directions, leaving us disconnected from ourselves and others. That’s why a holistic approach is at the heart of everything I do.

Reflexology is one way to help restore balance, but wellbeing extends far beyond the treatment room. To support this broader approach, I run a series of wellbeing workshops designed to nurture connection, encourage self-care, and empower you with tools to support your own health and happiness.

These workshops are small, welcoming sessions that bring people together in a relaxed, supportive environment. Each one focuses on different ways to improve your overall wellbeing — not just treating symptoms, but nurturing every part of who you are.

Workshops may include:

  • Connection and Community – meet like-minded people, share experiences, and learn from one another in a supportive space.

  • Organic Skincare and Aromatherapy – discover natural ways to care for your body and mind using gentle, nourishing ingredients.

  • Self-Care Practices – simple techniques you can use at home to reduce stress and promote relaxation.

  • Hand Reflexology for Self-Care – learn how to use gentle pressure techniques to calm the mind and support balance between sessions.

Each session is designed to leave you feeling refreshed, inspired, and more in tune with yourself.

Why Wellbeing matters

When we take time to care for ourselves — to rest, connect, and listen to what our bodies need — we begin to create lasting balance. These workshops are a reminder that wellbeing isn’t a luxury; it’s an essential part of living a full and healthy life.

I regularly run small-group sessions throughout the year, and everyone is welcome — no experience needed. I can also offer workshops in your own home or in work environments as part of wellbeing initiatives.
